Mr Gopal Krishnan is the Founder and the Director of Ahilan Foundation, Founder and Trustee of Katrpaha Vinayagar Temple (Walthamstow).
Ahilan Foundation is a UK registered Charity since 2010 and a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) in Sri Lanka since 2011.

7 Widows were given 50,000/= each to start their own family business.

8 Widows were given 50,000/= each to start their own family business.
- Trincomallee (Pattalipuram) — Katrpaha Rice Mill
25 Widows are employed.
Other Projects
- Batticaloa University – 30 Underprivileged Students were donated 25,000/= each to start their education in University with it being supervised by Social Welfare Organisation(SWO).
- Trincomallee — 30 Underprivileged Students were donated 25,000/= each to start their education in University with it being supervised by Aham Organisation.
- Jaffna – Donated £1,500 to Sri Lanka Muslim Federation in London as a contribution towards the Cataract Operation for 500 Patients in Jaffna.
- Vanni (Killinochchi) – Helped 10 schools with Computers, Generators and Photo copy machine supervised by MP Sritharan.
- Pallai (Patchchilam Palli) – Helped to create a Internet Centre at the local Library.
- Batticaloa – Helped Flood effected families through Yogeswaren MP.
- Jaffna – Helped Flood effected families through Sritharan MP.
- Batticaloa – 22 Wheelchairs were donated to rehabilitated Ex LTTE members.
Helping Orphanages
- Batticaloa (Chetti Palayam) – New Building was built aprox. 35 Laks
Caring given for 45 Children
- 2. Batticaloa (Thampuvill) – Thampuvill School Hostel
Helping 22 Children effected by Tsunami.
- Batticaloa (Senkalady) – Anpagam Day Care Centre
Helping 25 Handicapped children (Members of ex LTTE family members)
- Batticaloa (Puthukuddy Irrupu) – Ahilan Free Computer Training Centre
Helping in educating the underprivileged children.
- Mannar — A New building was built for ‘Lassalian Children Home ‘appox. 35 laks
To help 50 children (Members of ex LTTE family members) cared by ‘’De La Salle Brothers Organisation’’.
